KAF Cream Scones

These are a favorite of my friend, Spencer. He asks me for them constantly and they’re so easy, I frequently oblige.

These scones are the perfect vehicle for your homemade clotted cream. I love making them mini so you can have multiples with less guilt (and can experiment more with different toppings).

Tip: Don’t overwork the dough or you’ll have tough scones.

Tip: Once you make these enough times, you’ll get the feel of the dough so you won’t have to weigh or measure your cream.
